TOADZ TOYZ.com uses Weight Based shipping to calculate shipping charges. This allows much better shipping rates on multiple item orders.INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please Do NOT ask us to Lower The Value of your Package or Mark as Gift, This is Against the Law. International Buyers are responsible for all Customs VAT fees, Duties and Tax Charges: You are paying Postal charges only, as I have no way of determining your Countries individual charges if any. 1st Class International Has NO Expected Delivery Date and does Not provide online tracking the # provided is the Customs # for the package. The Delivery Time Varies to Destinations and Time of Year. During Holiday Season it Can Take up to 6 weeks. Although we process your Shipment Right Away We Have No Control Over Delivery. What is your Return Policy?
Buyer pays return shipping. Warranties on defective items, including missing parts(manufacturer packaging errors) are handled by the Manufacturer. We can supply their contact info. to you if needed. TOADZ TOYZ will supply our Dealer info. to the manufacturer upon request by them for warranty issues. Returns are excepted on unopened, originally factory sealed items only. We cannot accept returned items that have been opened. A 15% restocking fee applies for all returns. Items may be returned for merchandise credit only. Contact us for return authorization # before returning. Shipping fees are non refundable.
